Dear Friends,
After serving for nearly 26 years as a missionary with Awana, I never imagined I would be considering starting all over with a NEW ministry at the age of 64. Honestly, until recently, I had been thinking about what retirement would look like.
God apparently has different plans for Sandra and me.
An opportunity has opened for us to serve as missionaries with a ministry that we have been acquainted with for these past 26 years. However, I never imagined it would be a place where we could serve.
Missionary TECH Team has been of great service to me personally in areas of computer assistance, vehicle leasing, and graphic services (displays, prayer cards, etc.). The full scope of services they provide includes: Facility Solutions, Funding Solutions, Graphic Solutions, Software Solutions, and, Vehicle Solutions. These are available to missionaries, churches, and mission organizations in the US and around the world.
As I have learned more about Missionary TECH Team, I am amazed at the scope of services they provide both locally and globally. When you have a minute, please visit www.techteam.org to get a complete picture.
While our ministry will be quite different from our service with Awana, it is becoming clear to me that God has used our previous experience to prepare us for the opportunities He is presenting to us now.
Though our time of serving together has come to an end, I hope our friendships remain the same.
